The wheels are on and it's pretty flushed with the fenders. It's also weird that it's only rubbing on the driver side rear, is it because of the drivers weight? Does anyone know where I can get my fenders rolled in Jersey?

Yes. Drive naked for the weight reduction and you should be fine. Problem solved. Just don't come to any Meets naked.
