So I recently had the budget to spend some moolah on a set of new or used coilovers but then I recently ran into my dream set of wheels for a decent price and can't afford both.
Should I sell my current setup (20'' DPE R-08 Variant S with step lips) and dish out another $1k or so and pick up the new wheelies or keep my current wheels and buy some coilovers to give my car the drop and ride it deserves?
I think my stock sport suspension is nearing replacement so I figure if I need to replace it, might as well get coilovers. But the wheels I want are my dream wheels and in great condition and start with the three letters BBS .

I wish you left the JIC coilovers on the car when you sold it to me heh. Do you know how many miles are roughly on the stock sport suspension? The car rides awesome but seems to bounce a bit when I brake harder and what not so I was just wondering if it was time to replace them. Then again, I haven't driven a luxury sedan since... never, so maybe that's how it's supposed to ride?

Don't know. Sorry. Just get another set of JICs.
