offset is +24 and +22 if i remember my numbers correctly.

4'' lip rear, 2'' front. No rubbing issues or anything, had to throw some hug rings and balance them couple of time b4 i got it right, I'd say 95% close to the way it used to ride on stock wheels, but hey I guess you can never get 100% with 20 inch wheels.
