So I had some HREs before and was having some issues with rubbing since they were custom made for M6 (offset slightly too aggressive). Eventually I ended up selling them and didn't have my stocks for backup. Since I wasn't certain which wheels I wanted next I decided to pickup some Varrstoens for the time being and finally took some pics of the setup. Overall pretty happy with the way they turned out.

Front: 20x10 ET +3 (12mm spacer) 255/35/20
Rear: 20x11 ET +22 (3mm spacer) 295/30/20

Rear fenders are slightly pulled otherwise a ET +25 with 285/30/20 would be a perfect fit for stock E60
