Knowing RDSport, their splitter is going to cost and arm and a leg. I bet close to the Hamann splitter price. BTW, the M5 rear looks great! Looking forward to seeing the oval tips.

Well, their current splitter for the M5 retails for $800 which includes the brake ducts.....

That....doesn't really tell me squat about what the piece above will cost.

the RD splitter is not very distinctive compared to the Hamann or ACS.

I vote for ACS splitters and oval tips!

btw VT, I cant stop staring at your sig, especially the 545i.

I still love the way my previous 545i looks.

I kinda like it's subtleness and the way it kinda blends in with the factory bumper. There are times when I don't really like the flipped up corners of the Hartge and Hamann splitters.
You took the words right out of my mouth ECF. I like the subtleness and the subtraction of the flipped up corners. I just wish I could see what it looks like in the front from eye level and on top. These pictures are not doing it justice.

I'm crossing my fingers Federico will give me one as compensation for lending him my M-Tech rear.

Agree I like the RD splitter

After I saw the ACS M-tech add-on, on an alpine white 550i, I just thought it looked a little goofy. But it might look a lot better in black.

I would love to see it in a medium or light color. I know many of you guys have black cars and probably prefer seeing it in black, but it makes it hard to tell what the details look like.

I tried talking Federico into letting me the beta tester for the splitter, but he said the same thing as you. That's why I find it odd they put it on a black car for SEMA.

Yeah, I agree. I think the reason I don't like the ACS splitters on a non-black E60 is because the paint matched fog housing looks cheesy.
I agree about the body colored foglight surrounds. That has also been the only thing I haven't liked about the ACS Splitters. If I were to get them I would try to paint that part flat black, but I don't know if there would be a clear dividing line to separate the black area from the body colored area. I think even on black cars it would look better to have a flat black area around the foglights rather than the shiny body colored black.
