BMW#5 that steering wheel has been available here in SA for a long time
It was a R1,700 option on my old car
The //M badge from your steering wheel can be bought. If you stick it onto the new part it should fit perfectly

The steering wheel of picture 1 is standard in Italy with the Attiva package since the beginning of production.
