+1 and thanks Frank5er for reposting all the pics, I'd forgotten what they look like by the time I'd scrolled down a few messages

I had three options to get smoked tails. Had to decide between having them sprayed, buying a Vinyl overlay kit from a guy I know that does overlay kits for a lot of different cars, or buying the smoked LED tails from Ebay. I was going to go with the new LED tails from Ebay because I could almost get those brand new for the price I was going to pay to get my sprayed professionally but I was really worried about error messages and the overall quality of the lights. In the end I went with the overlays. $40 bucks for the pair was so cheap, it was worth a try. They were pretty much cut to fit the clear portion of the tails which was what I was looking for. Installation was straight-forward. I also ordered the Euro Overlays for the headlights from Akalius (Phi) on the board. These were a very simple 10 minute installation. Overall I was very happy with the results. Still wish I had LED tails but I am happy for now especially considering the minimal investment and the tint can be removed anytime by heating with a hairdryer and peeling. Here are some pics of both:

Would you happen to know if this person has a vinyl overlay of the red part of the tail lights ?

C's do you know if the place where you got them from might carry those ?

If your interested I can check on that for you. I think tinting the whole light would be tough though with that ridge on the outside corner
