I hope you don't have the sport package. According to tire rack the 20" RS GT wont fit with the sport package.

[/quote]I was told by tire rack that fender rolling "may" be required. I am betting that it is. I have located a place that specializes in fender rolling, so that will be one of the first places I take my 545. I have seen the 2004 Sport 5's with 20 " RS-GT. No rubbing reported by the owner. It may be the tire size?
Tire sizes on my setup:
Front 255 30YR - 20
Rear 295 25YR - 20
