Indeed the left column are the option codes which should be identical worldwide. However all the M options are only available in the M-sportpackage.

You can't have the following options without the m-package;

Nice, felicitations.

Could you please send me a big resulation pic of the interior as we are goin to by our 530d with M pack too and want the 435 anthrazit wood, but never seen only the dark brown.
