I like it a lot, still can't believe that is a xi .

The rims are beautifull and with the springs under it, it looks magnificent!
How much did you pay in total for it?

What do you mean by "it?" If you mean the wheel/tire package, you can buy the wheels from www.ModBargains.com online (Mike from there is offering these wheels to this forum, but I am not sure if he's doing any deals...do a search) or direct from Velocity Motoring for $899. I did the latter & ordered direct from www.velocitymotoring.com. VM ordered the tires and TPM's from Tirerack, without marking them up one cent. So, $899 (wheels) + Tires you choose & $40 shipping + TPMS ($5/wheel to install) $220 total + Mouting and Balancing ($60) + Shipping to my door ($150). If you get the General UHP Exclaims, you shouldn't break $2K shipped. Ask for Gideon if you call. He's a sales manager and a real nice, laid back dude.

The H&R sport springs are around $250 + shipping. Modbargains.com has the best price so far on those, $217 + $30 shipping. However I ordered direct from www.allsprings.com (division of TurnerMotorsports)...paid around $265 total. Now for the bad news...the xi H&R sports are on backorder for at least another month last I heard. Turner stated to me that H&R had underestimated the demand for these springs. Originally they told me 3 weeks, and when I called aftet 3 weeks they told me at least another 6 weeks. That was about 2 weeks ago. I got lucky last week, and they sent me a pair that was "lying around" that someone had just cancelled, after I re-inquired about an ETA that same day. I paid $260 total for the springs install, which took around 4 hours, not including the alignment. BMW owes me a freebie, so I'm doing that on Friday.

GOOD LUCK and thanks to everyone for the compliments!

I'm surprised you haven't done the springs on your car yet. It's a MUST!

DrLev99 - One more shout out for a great looking beast!

Thanks, C! I got some more pics today of my freshly debagded ride. And, I noticed something disconcerting today I didn't see yesterday. Can someone say, "CAMBER ISSUES!"? See pics 1, 2 & 4 (the left is worse). I hope it's ok to drive on till Friday when I get the alignment, because I have no choice. Only 4 days of driving shouldn't wear the inside tire too bad, but those rears are really leaning in. The fronts look ok. Check it out!

It may be an optical illusion due to the wide wheels and down slope of the fender/door panels, not sure. I am sure there is some negative camber there, but that is to be expected with a drop. Now I get to wait another 5 days for this to be resolved. This mod has mounted to one long waiting game after the next!

if possible on XI model, get some H&R wheels spacers. GO WIDE!
