So if it lowered, it look more like this:

Delta,
I agree with you.

I would lower my car in a second if it would make my car look like that!

Norham,

how's the quality of the replica wheels ?
Balance, paint etc.

I've been thinking about buying a set of for winter use, since i really dont care for the the only 17" option BMW Sweden offers.

Nice setup, I have the same problem with 18" wheels on the rear, the space left makes them look small from certain angles, I have 275/35 tyres on the rear i think I should have used 275/40's which sit a bit taller, I am wondering if you could use the coil overs on the rear only as the front is low enough
see the pic's below of the car with M tech wheels with 275/35 and my old 123 alloys with with 245/40

[quote name='Delta' date='Sep 5 2005, 10:20 PM']Nice car and nice wheels! But have you considered lowering your car a bit? The gap in the wheel arches seem a bit big considering you have 19"s on.

Thinking about the H&R coilovers. But am worried about how low the front of the m-tech kit will be to the ground. The front is low as it is and I am not sure if lowering it with the H&R's will cause problems down the road with the front getting banged up. I noticed when I was at a car wash the other day that the front fender was very close to the track that holds the wheels. Has anybody put H&R's on with the kit and have 19's or bigger? Any problems?

You should speak to 6SpdMan. He has MSports suspension and lowered H&R Coilover Suspension set (25mm in front and 15mm in rear lower than regular MSports suspension).

Finally done with all the modifications I wanted to do to the car.? Getting close to 2,000 miles and loving every minute.? The B&B exhaust is great (beautiful sound).? Thanks to the great information on the debadging post - taking mine off was easy.? And installed the M5 rims about a week back and a great difference (looks and handling) from my original choice for rims.? Here are some pics (few more in my gallery).?

It looks wrong, i'm afraid - wheels stick out too much and the gaps all wrong.

Nice wheels though

I think the offset of those wheels is wrong. They stick out too much!

Furthermore it looks very nice!!!!
