when you had to "cut" the bolts do you mean you had to remove them and add longer new ones to accomodate the oem metal plate that you added onto the wheel? or did you actually cut the heads off the bolts to remove them and add longer ones?

I had to cut new 5mm thread's in the 4 holes , so that I could screw in the bolt's from the "old" steering wheel in order to mount the back-bracket/plate for the Air-Bag.

Take a new look at the pictures
, and you will find that the Air-Bag is the "thing" in the center of the steering wheel ( on the "old" and the "new" one )
, I don't know if the steering wheel from MP-Design can be ordered with the "heated steering wheel option" , but you can try and aske them throug there homepage : http://www.mp-design.com
