I like them. The tips are 3.5'', i dont think they wouldve been to small. I almost bought your tips but i want 3.5'' or bigger. yours 3'' right?
You know the pics for tips are always deceiving and they look staggered. I felt the same way when i bought mine a while back.
But these were the only staggered tips I found that came in a pair. If there was 3.5... that would be a different story.. Maybe someone might have a good lead to it. =)
Anyway.. congrats again on the mods dude. =)

actually the bodyshop said they can make it darker by tinting but the CF pattern will be harder to see.
so i dont know if i should do that or just get it painted my body color or black....

So what do I need to accomplish this mod?
I already have an M-tech kit.
I'd assume an extra OEM exhaust? A quad diffuser?
Is the 2nd exhaust going to be functional?
Where and how much are the parts? Thanks.

Total parts without the diffuser was $300 and $200 for labor. You will need to get a quad diffuser. You can choose from ACS, Hamann, Rieger etc..

Nelson,
That diffuser rocks. I too, had a bad paint shop which in the end, I had to take it to a BMW shop to paint it right.
How do you like the jones tubes? IMO, it's just loud enough to hear it while not too annoying in any way; generally, anyone can tell you that it's a modding man's car by the exhaust sound level, and it doesn't attract frown faces from other drivers who are accustomed to hearing very quiet BMWs.
