Thanks for the nice comments guys..As fas as the plate in the back, I was a bit time constricted so I had to put things together quick, but when I have a bit of time, I'll be repainting the calipers and plates...

slots expel excess heat and provide a continuous refreshing of the pad surface, increasing the "bite".
