Hey Man looks great!!! Did you say you sprayed your oem Kidneys? I feel the same sometimes especially on my blk car that they fade away and look like holes sometimes. I still have my OEM chrome ones and was thinking about doing the same thing! Lets get a drive in one of these nice weekend nites??? Getting my custom Quad exhaust in on Saturday, cant wait to hear the V8!!!

Euronuts! Yeah bud, we do need to meet up one of these days. Are you gonna go to 5erwest in July?

As far as the kidney grills: The grills can be separated into two pieces, border and inner chrome slits. I just combined the stock inner slits with the aftermarket matte black border and voila! Should take 20-30mins tops if you remember how to remove the kidney grills.

And congrats on the quads!! I'll send you a pm. I would love to see/hear it in person.

I want to get my 166 wheels customized just like yours, what should I tell the shop to do to get that look is that a different finish or the regular one it looks almost like a machine finish, and i love the black paint inbeteen the creases of each spoke. And it also looks like you got the inside of the wheel painted black. How much could I expect to spend on custom work like that

I asked the wheel shop to powderocoat the wheels matte black, and then had them machine finish the surface. All of the recessed surfaces remained flat black.

It would also help if you brought a closeup picture in color to give them an idea of what look you are after. If you search through my gallery you will find a pic that should be suitable to use.

Here's a link to more pics of the wheels
