HA! Yeah I was hoping to get the smallest and lightest booster seat available because my Britax Marathon baby seat was huge. But once I saw the Recaros, I couldn't resist.

Not sure about other states but in CA, the law (or the recommendation) is that the child has to be 4 years old or 40lbs before he/she can ride in a booster seat. Dylan is barely over 30lbs but he just turned 4 in Apr so that's why I finally got it now.
