I had an M5 bumper with CF AC-S Diffuser with a custom magnaflow exhaust (no resonator and one muffler with chrome tips) and then went back to stock rear bumper with RPI exhaust, and now bought another m5 rear bumper and custom magnaflow exhaust(two mufflers and two round resonators, and Titatnium tips) I have the CF hartge diffuser being made right now.

yah but I want to be different, I haven't seen a 5er on the forums with the titanium tips yet, there are probably one or two but i haven't seen it. The ovals looked good, but I had to get rid of them when I got my AC-S diffuser
