Hello Peeps,

Just got a 2004 545i and loving it. I've already put my wish list together and was hoping I can get some help from members of this forum.

1) Anyone know where I can get a good deal on Radenergie R10 wheels in black? The lowest I've found so far is about $6K for 20x10/20x9s with tires.
2) Can dealerships do iPod integration?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Tony

iPod integration (called iPod connector on other BMW models) is not available yet on the E60. You can get the aux input installed by the dealer and then connect your iPod (or any other audio input device)--here's a thread with my hardwire iPod install:

Here's aux input install instructions:

Thanks joneill.

I'm having the dealer program daytime running lights tomorrow and getting the windows tinted on Wed. Will post some pics after.

In the meantime, how about a picture of my other ride....black/black/black Acura MDX. Might not appeal to everyone but I like it.

Wow, that is a great looking MDX. I've been a loyal Honda fan since 1989 (till I ordered a 550i, haha). My family has three 4th gen. Accords (I own one of them which has over 260,000 miles), two TSXs, 3 Civics, an Odyssey, and my other car is a 2003 6-speed Acura CL-S. I'll forever be a Honda fan, no doubt. But... you'll never find a Honda with a V8 and manual transmission just yet. Hence the move to BMW!

Not a huge fan of MDX stying but there is no arguing the quality and intelligent engineering of the vehicle as well as the brilliant engine (as always for Honda)...

Enjoy the E60 and welcome to the forum!

Thanks for the welcome everyone.

I was looking at a Touareg and an X5 when I decided on the MDX. That's because the MDX has 3 rows and my friend is a finance manager for Honda/Acura so I got a pretty good deal. The MDX is also a great ride and like RodneyRemington said...very intelligently engineered.

I was then deciding on the new Audi S4 or new A6 but decided on the 545. Loving the decision so far!!!

Now I'm debating on silver or black rims...leaning towards black. I'll stop yapping now...
