I'm purchasing 19" Breyton Spirit, and will be mounting it 545i Sport. Putting these on, will I need new lug nuts?
I was hoping to reuse the stock ones.

If your offset is stock and you're not running spacers then yes they should be fine

From past experience, get some locking lugs. It won't deter anyone that really wants your wheels, especially if you get the new ones but it will stop the amateur and slow down the pro's a little.

You actually have wheel bolts, which means the wheels sort of hang precariously on the spindle until you can thread a bolt in.
If you change your wheels a lot -- or don't want to run the chance of someone screwing up your spindles with an impact gun -- then you can install some wheel-studs. That way you can just plop the wheel over the studs and throw the lug nuts on.
