New HID fogs not working

My Ride: 04 525i, 04 Dinan M3
I've been freezing my ass off outside installing these new HID fogs and they don't seem to be working. I've tried every connection, I don't know what I could be doing wrong. What may I be missing guys? Did people have any problem with possible fuses? Help.

Absolutely positive?
Some kits even though the harness fits properly the polarity actually isn't correct. Try swapping the plug that goes from your car to your hid kit.

Thanks a million man, I switched a connector and basically forced it in, and now that side lights up! I broke one of the tabs off but hey it works. THANKS!
