well not true.. when i lived in mass i had no problem not having front license plate.. but depends on where you live, you cannot dump the plate... like here in VA... i took it out and was fine and this State trooper was waiting right around the corner of the house waiting for me to pull out...
he gave me ticket and got appeal it to court.... because it would go on my record if i keep getting ticket for the same reason...
two weeks after the incident, same cop was waiting same spot to check if i got it on still...
