change your grills, m-tech and then if your going cheaper id go cherry bomb over magnaflow, ive heard them both in person and the cherry bomb blows it away..

coilovers is height adjustable suspension. u may also control the damper etc in some cases. It costs more but u can get the perfect height u want. after installation, u also need corner balancing and an alignment. I jsut did bilstein struts with vogtland springs. perfect setup and no need for corner balancing,.

+1. If you want a loud, mean sound cherry bomb mufflers will do that.
