Hi everyone, I picked up an 08 528i CPO the other day. Car has the standard halogen lights. I wanted to know 2 things..

What does LCI stand for (sorry, dumb question I know)??

What is my best option for upgrading to HIDs and AE?? I have search and searched and am not finding any definitive answers..

LCI = Life Cycle Impulse

It's a facelift starting model year 2008 like your new-to-you ride.

You can also buy the Eurostickers from AKAlius. They cover up the orange reflector on the headlight and make them look better. I'm about to order a pair. Check them out:

You must send me your factory angel eye bulb or pay an additional $30 for my to purchase a pair of angel eye bulbs from BMW and modify it so your my 5W angel eyes fit inside.

 

I recommend waiting til you can afford to ugprade your headlights to the Xenon Adaptive Euro lights we offer for $1650 for the pair.

Thanks for all the input guys. I decided to try the kit from brabus and he has been nice enought to answer all of my amateur questions. If I am not happy with it, then I will go the $1700 route..I'l try to post some pics of my install and results...I also ordered the Angel Eye upgrade from him.
