Yep, just three more points for the Dinan badge. They are coming out with a new one for the E60.

Did you see that they released their suspension kits also?

It's funny that I've seen the authentic Dinan badge on eBay going for a couple hundred.

Electroe60 Hi,
How much did you have to pay. Was there a discount?
And does the modifications require additional charge for servicing, like the air filter I think is a different one than stock. And are the mods more streesful for the engine?
Is the air flow meter also installed or it is not yet offered?

Thanks in advance

I think they state about $999 for the air intake on their website www.dinancars.com, I have contacted Dinan regarding the discount but have not received reply from them. I am also asking them if they are able to prove their claim of 17hp increase by changing to their air intake. I will post again if I received their reply.

I don't believe there's any discount on the CAI. As far as I know, they only have a special 20% off on the exhaust and the wheels.

As for the MAF, it should be coming out soon. They were doing some beta testing of that unit about a month ago.

Do you feel a difference in performance after you had the Dinan upgrade? Have ever tried out accerleration test after you have the modification done? Does it gives you better 0-60mph time?

I can definitely feel a difference in power and responsiveness. The car is eager to have you plant your right foot. Unfortunately, even though I've bought my GT2 meter over a month ago, I never took any baseline runs and still haven't done any runs after the Dinan mods. I've been lagging.

Slightly off topic, how much increase in power did the wetterauer ECU upgrade give you?
