So i was looking online if there is any intake that is enclosed...
and i came up with this K&N Apollo.

So I kinda custom fitted K&N apollo with AFE pipe to fit them.
I put the pipe and put it straight into the air duct to the k&N and pipe from k&N to the AFE intake but right before MAF sensor.

It feels good!!!!

 

i dunno man. does it leak anyhow? U can go over it or make a flange going to the MAF? It looks scary

 

Wonder what the gains or losses would be.

 

i just spent like 10 minute to do this...

i am trying to make it look better this weekend hopefully.

 

i dont know... and it is hard to find place to do dyno here....

compare to AFE... it feels different and it is def not loosing as i drove it on highway and gun it on the red line.

 

make sure there's no leaks.
