Just saw on ebay a replacemet LED for the angel eyes ring. I have always thought it was too pale compared to the low beams and obviously the high beams. This LED is claimed at 6500K and the original is 4000K. This is white against yellow. Befoe I venture forth to get these, I hoped to hear there were no problems. For example, is it whiter but dimmer? Is the wiring harness required to rewire the LED power? Is it really a do-it yourself mod? Does BMW not offer this product? It was made by PIAA, so maybe the original equipment is too.

There are several people who have bought the PIAA's, they're better than OEM, but they're not as bright as Umnitzas or AngeliBrights. Although they are a heck of a lot cheaper. Your call really.
