Played hookie this afternoon and installed my new shift knob and e-brake handle. I wanted to continue the theme I started with the ACS pedal set and I think it looks pretty good.

A little more work than I expected on the brake handle, but no big deal. The shifter was very easy. Just pull it straight out, no black eye!! All together, it was about a 2 hour, 3 beer job.

Thanks to all who answered my silly newbie questions. I would have never attempted this mod without the aid of the E60 forum.

THANK YOU!!!

B

By the way, the photos were taken with my Blackberry, so forgive the poor quality.

looks good! post better pics if you get a chance... I only have the ACS style pedal set, and it definitely looks great when you get the other items to complete the look... Where did you buy the shift knob, e-brake handle, and iDrive knob?

Better Pics on the way. Shift and e brake from Nick at J Levis. M5 knob from Gary. Pedals from ebay.

How about some brushed aluminum floor mats?? Just kidding.
