Hi guys,

The MY 2005 E60 online PDF catalog is now available CATALOG

Beware, the file is 2mb and I tried to single out just the console's picture, but the file contains a security protocol, prohibiting any copying.

Any computer wiz out there might be able to crack it and post it for me.

The new interior with the new wood piece makes a huge impact on the 5er's interior. Now I really can't wait to see my car in Germany.

Thanks Lomag.

With the optional wood shift lever, E-brake lever and rear console panel, all Woody Woodpecker out there would be in heaven.

It appears that the "storage bin" has disappeared with the introduction of the wood.

Storage bin exists on the E60 with Business Nav....
Pro nav never had storage bin in anycase due to computer hardware behind that
area....

Someone confirm....

I just got back from my dealership. At least with the 04's, there is no storage bin if equiped with Navigation. All cars without Nav has a storage bin. Again, I am assuming that the bin will continue to be offered.

For those who will be retrofitting with the wood panel. Make sure you buy the correct part, because there should be 2 different panels.

Do you guys concur that this little additional wood panel makes the interior more refined?

So that begs the question ... will there be wood and a storage area if you don't order nav? Or no wood and the bin as we have it now. I'm guessing the latter. No wood, same plastic hole as before.

Well- I have nav and the only part that changes is the small section right where the seat heating buttons are located an the DVD slot. IMO that is not a significant change but if that one part is cheap enough I may retrofit.

Can the '05s be ordered with aluminum trim? That's just too much wood for me.
