Hi,
Has someone tried to install the neon kits under the E60 to obtain the -very nice I think- effect of illuminating in blue or red the pavement. The Kit costs 160EUR but I wonder if it is easy to install it finally and also, for the people living in either NL, Belgium or France, is it legal to have this?
Thanks in advance for the answers.

How are things in France? We visit often and will be passing through over Xmas/New Years on the way to Belgium. If you like the look, then I'd go for it. But, I have no info on how to do the installation. Talk to the local police about the legality of the installation. I have no idea about the legality of the lighting either.

Hi Fred1976,
By now you've heard quite a few interesting comments. All I have to say is -- It's your money. Do what makes you happy.
It's doesn't suit my style, but then again it's your car.
As soon as they have a device to lazer zap a slow moving vehicle with a driver on his cell phone, I'm buying it!

Those are original Angel eyes in the photo... its just that the pic was taken at a much slower shutter speed to capture more light...
BUT you can change the bulbs to whiter bulbs to get that effect...
