NEEEEED POWER!!
Hey guys, I need some serious help. i dont feel like buying an m5 Due to this economy lol. not to mention im very happy withthe way my car looks. all i need is power. Superchargers are way to expensive. so my idea was either getting an RPI scoop, with the tune and a 35shot of nitrous, or doing that whole STS universal turbo setup, but again i dont know of anyone to tune it in the maryland area. What do you guys avise me to do??
its a 2005 525i automatic just to give some of you the heads up.

Depends how much power you want. If you still have factory warranty (i.e. CPO) then NO NITROUS - it will definitely void your warranty and it is nearly impossible to remove when you take it in. I think a few of us are still researching the STS setup. Me? I am still leaning toward the supercharger because it is designed for our cars (not universal, to me universal is like "one size fits all" - too many lies in one sentence for me).
Contact Nerweezy, ask about RIP scoop, exhaust, air filter (K&N), and ECU remap, all that should be good for about 30HP.

+1 THAT's an option too. Or do what I plan, I have an 05 530 I got 2 years ago. As soon as the ink dries on the last payment I am going to go get an M5 CPO

Here is the STS website:
http://www.ststurbo.com/
They offer universal turbo kits installed under the car inline with the exhaust. Odd setup, but seems to work well with not as much alteration than an underhood turbo kit (especially considering there's not a lot of room under our hoods).
Or you can remove the floormats, Calvin guarantees 100whp gain from this
