so i did that eyebrow mod and i didnt seal it right about 4 times ive tried now. after the last time water got in i left it in there for a few months cuz ive been real busy. well most of the chrome came off my eyebrow and it actually cracked! so i took all the silicon off and removed the actual eyebrow to repair it but its pretty bad. anyone know how i can fix all this? i glued alot of it back together and im thinking of spraying it black if it holds together well... but i just dont know...
any suggestions? i really dont want to spend the money on a new headlight because ill just crack it open n do the same damn thing. i hate those amber leds. frig man im screwed

try this http://www.ehow.com/how_2079322_repa...tic-items.html

what did you use to seal your headlight? you need to use silicon not just super glue.

I tried 2x with silicon and epoxy and a combination. I believe the problem was the cut I made wasn't real flush and there was gaps making it hard to fill. Thanks for the link I may try plastic filler to try and repair. That might be my cheapest option if I can get it looking good. Thanks

Well I messed up on one side of my eye brows so this is that I did since I had gaps. I used black tape and fold it and tape it to make like a rectangular shape then I put epoxy in it, so when it dries it can stay in the form that I want. So after 5 min it starts to harden I took it out and put it in the gap then I put epoxy around and let it dry and wa la dried and harden like plastic.

after epoxy, you can always sand it down and put prime and paint black so it hides the cracked marks.

Yours came out good? Are your eyebrows black? Wonder how it will look. I don't have much of a choice
