That does look pretty freaking hott. how much $$ approximately would something like this set me back? I feel like it would be cheaper than painting and I've been thinking about a paint job

depends on the quality of vinyl you want to use. it can run from roughly $300 for materials for the entire car to $1k....

me, i went with the best stuff they had its Oracal 970ra automotive vinyl....looks and feels just like paint but its like $20/sqft. all things considered i spent less than $1k and my whole car is fully changed into a beast now. but i did all the labro myself. if you want it installed professionally youre looking at like $3k...

IMO to be able to pull that off, you need some serious skills. For the average dudes like us I'm not sure if we could pull it off cleanly. I ordered some of the same material for my roof, and I'm going to have it installed professionally tomorrow. Part of my wants to try it myself after seeing this thread, but I know I probably wouldn't cut it cleanly. The place I'm taking it to charges 45hour
