i got myself a new wheels... i ordered it in 7 series offset instead of the 5... rear looks pretty good but it is rubbing pretty badly... rear is about 4.3inch lip....

other than rolling fenders...what other methods can i do? use lower profile tires ? (currently using 285/30/20) more negative camber?

any advise here from bros who force fit the 7 series wheels into the 5? thanksss

What's the offset of 7 series wheels? Do you know the exact model number because we need more information.

You can either get lower profile tires 285/25 (but they are really expensive and I think only pirelli has them) or roll your fenders which would be less expensive.

Sell your new wheels on a 7 series forum and buy 5 series wheels. That's the easiest.

I agree try the 285/25/20 tires, Toyo and Falken now has that size available and I think Nitto will shortly. Also you may try some anti-sag coil spring spacers which basically are rubber blocks that go in between the coil to give the spring less compression under loads.
Can you post pics of the car and rims I'm curious to see how well they look?

Nearly all good manufacturers do 285/25/20. Goodyear, Michelin, Pirelli, Toyo, Yokohama, Vredestein, Hankook and Falken
The Pirelli and Falken will probably be the narrowest on the rim as these two measure the wheel width over the whole carcasse incl. shoulder, while most of the others measure tread width.
Actually the 285/25/20 would be the mathematically correct conversion for 20" anyway. (or 295/25 on a 10" rim as used by Schnitzer, Hartge and Alpina)

Agree with MikeBuzzsaw, though, info on the offset would be helpful together with the width of the wheel.

My offsets are for a 6/7 series and I dont rub at all with 245/35 in the front and 275/30/20. Ive had plenty of wheels on my E60 with 7series offsets as well and had no problems

Whats your tire sizes, rim width, and offsets?

10x20 ET11 is asking for trouble on the rears. I even doubt that rolling the arches will give you full clearance, but you won't get around the rolling, even if you used other size tyres

You need to raise your car because 10 in the rear is really pushing it.
