Hi,

I have a 04 530 that has stock halogen headlights, i purchased a pair of hid headlights form a 06 530 and my car doesn't have a cable connection for one of the sockets that are on the light( it's the little socket below the main connection, you will see it in the pic i'll post) Does anyone know what that socket is for, and if its possible to get some kind of adapter that would be compatible with my car for the lights to work??

ty for the welcome!!!

When i connected the headlights just to my original cable everything worked except the low beam hid, and i read the other thread that you told me to check out....so if i splice the wires as it explained i wouldn't need the wire for the AHL socket... right??
