Are there any temporarily or cheap solutions to basically mute the exhaust noise of my car. Don't care about performance.
I need to pass an exhaust noise inspection, which basically states 90 Decibels at 4425 rpm.

Say for references sake, I have straight pipe on the car, no mufflers at all. What would be the easiest solution? I have dual exhausts, and thus
going back to stock also isn't an option. Please help me out guys!

Straight pipes are gonna be rather difficult to silence....

Ironically, that's the exact reason he got them in the first place!

Exhaust bungs. Disc (like a polo???) shaped items with a smaller internal dia hole that significantly reduced noise (and performance).

I used to own a Subaru, several of the guys had very big exhausts which they simply bunged when it was test time. Check out some of the Scooby suppliers as their bungs might fit your exhaust.

Sooooo who's gonna photoshop this one

Old technique to silence noisy pipes ... some (NOT A LOT) steel wool shoved into rearmost resonator pipe. It'll be a bitch to fish it out if you shove it in too far but and will reduce performance while in the exhaust but it will quiet things down.

probably best option would be adding resonators back in or a muffler at least since its a custom setup.
