I bought a used M5 bumper a month ago and recently found out that the part that was missing is part of the bumper and not sold as a separate part per 2 dealers I called. The body shop insist that his supplier has the part, but just dragging his feet to ship it. It has been 2 weeks since.
Please help me with locating this part (new or used)? See pics attached.

that doesn't look like a missing bracket but a missing PDC sensor to me. The PDC sensors clip directly into the bumper and don't need any brackets etc.

When i got my M5 bumper the PDC sensor was one piece, it didn't come apart in two pieces when i took the OEM bumper off.
Maybe i came off of your's or it looks like a different one that replaced it.

I agree that the sensor is one piece that fits into the hole in the bumper. The following diagram shows the parts:

Does you car have PDC ? If not a good body shop can "weld" plastic inserts to fill in the holes...

The paint does an awesome job. After buffing, the clearcoat is like glass when you put a long halogen lamp up to it. It makes the factory paint look reallyt bad when you compare it to this guy's job.

Just look for a PDC sensor off ebay or something it'll work out cheaper than a new bumper.

I have the PDC sensor. It's the outer ring that fits the PDC sensor that I need, and BMW doesn't sell it with a PDC sensor replacement.
