anyone know how I can turn them on? DRL=Daytime Running Lights

You can turn them on in your I-Drive menu.

My Ride: 2006 525i, Premium,Cold,Xenon Packages

Only non-US cars have that option.. if US spec car, then only option is go to Dealer.. they will program DRL to be ON.

Also, you can upgrade the DRL (High-beam Flash) to Umnitza XENIX (Plugandplug) for $29, you get nice XENON white color effect in morning too... check them out

I have a 2007 and it was already enabled when I got the car.

So was mine when I got my car and I had the dealer turn them off. They are the ones that can do this. Just curious, but why do you want them on? I don't like them.

i like the look on a black car since i dont like upgrading my angel eyes to angel i bright or umnitza....my car didnt have it in the idrive....if i tell dealer to do it will they charge??

It makes your car much easier to see for other cars. It's a safety issue.
