I need some 19 inch tires for some 166's
which one is better?any personal reviews on them?

I have had a great experience with my Kumho Ecsta SPT's. IMO they are as good as the Continental's that originally came on my wheels.
They are a little bit more expensive than the ones you listed at about $730 from www.tirerack.com.

I've heard decent things about Nexen tires, but I have heard nightmare stories about Nankang. If cost is a big issue, Nexens are alright, but what I would recommend is spend slightly more and get either Hankook or Kumho...

I'm running toyo T1R's and they are great but super pricey, for what I use them I will be going back to the general exclaim uhp's. I had the generals on my e46 and loved them great tire for a SUPER price.
