Neat Ram air Intake system
This is an interesting concept that according to the Dyno has about a 10 HP gain

How does a dynamometer measure the ram effect when the engine is stationary?
If they use a blower, of some sort, to simulate motion, what is the increase in the intake air velocity? Can they vary the blower output to simulate speed differences of the engine (ram effect will vary with the car's speed)?
This sounds like voodoo engineering, IMHO.
Please convince me of otherwise.
