My Ride: MR2004 545
My navigation DVD is Version 2004.2.
For $200 I can purchase Version 2007.1 from Navteq.
Anyone have any thoughts on whether enough time has gone by to make the new version worth upgrading to?

Depends on where you live and where you drive. I've noticed quite a bit of changes from the 2004.1 (CD) in my E39 to my 2006 (DVD) in my E60. Navtech used to publish what areas were changed. I don't know if they still do but it's worth asking to see if the changes are worth it to you.
