Seems there are several versions of Europe Navigation Professional DVD 2008-2 (which should include Eastern Europe)
I found on net (torrentz):
1) CD_6376.ISO - ?????? (currently still downloading, says to contain SLO radars)
2) CD_6485.ISO - 20080612 (folder name in directory tpd on disk)
3) In http://www.bmwnavaddpoi.co.uk/2008-2.htm - 2008.04.01 (folder name in directory tpd)
Anybody checked which actually have Eastern Europe?
BTW Currently I tried to burn on DVD+R DL file CD_6485.ISO and on ACME disks it starts to show map, but crashes . On PHILIPS certified (much more expensive) does not work at all - should please insert DVD.

Yes! I succeeded to make Navigation professional 2008-2 DVD (with Eastern Europe) to work on my BMW (still with very old firmware, scheduled to update after 1-2 weeks ).
So how I did.
First I tried DVD+R DL (Dual Layer) several disks, all failed to be recognised by my BMW.
Then I deleted some unneeded languages from ISO file content, so that it fits to normal DVD and it works fine!
In more details:
1) Copied all DVD content to HardDisk. (you can burn to DL and then read or use VirtualDisk to mount ISO).
2) Deleted unneeded language directories from /tpd/ntcBeuFNM_eu_20080620/ (in my case removed directories FRE, GER, ITA, SPA)
So content size is ~4Gb !!!
About maps quality. Baltic states maps have just few major roads, and ~100 meters of crossing streets. But works excellently, even shows Arrow view in HUD and e-woman says when to turn.
