Default NAV screen size on non nav e60

Hello im new to the forum just bought a 2010 e60 with M sport package, wanted to know if it was possible to switch the regular non nav screen for the wider nav screen, i really dont care about having nav on it i just want to know if its a straight switch, i just hate the smaller screen haha

Possible yes ... but it'll only display you the non-nav portion of the screen 'bout 3/4 of the screen and left the rest blank (not even centering it) 'cuz the screen is just a display while the equipment that actually drive the display still only know that you have a non-nav equipment ... that way it'll make look strange.

+1 on the above, it will install and connect, but will not display a larger image as you might be thinking. You will have a lot of black undisplayed in there. you should look into the CCC or even the CIC system. The CCC is cake to install and around 800.00

He said he has 2010. He already has CIC, just the non nav version.
