My Ride: E61 525iA Build 2004/08. "Safirschwartz Metallic". Navi Pro, Adaptive Headlights, Bi-Xenon, Panorama Sunroof etc... CIP 18.00.01 (No noticed bug)
You can retrofit Nav Professional, and then you will get the bigger display! This is however a major investment (> $3000).
I'm not sure this option can be ordered where you live, but it's possible in Europe and in NA.
