And there is no way changing the muffler should cause the catalytic converter problems -- and if the cat went bad for some reason, the burden of proof would be on them to show the aftermarket exhaust caused the failure.
My SA loved mine too! And so did the BMW staff driving my car to the service area (he was revving it up); he had the other SAs and customers' attention.
