Was wondering if anyone knows , if this setup would work for a'05 545i?

yes it should, there is not reason for it not to. However as for the sound that will be very different. jord has the I-6 motor.. u have the V8 is going to sound alot different.. Not saying for better or worse jsut going to be different..
Yeah, thats a concern of mine. Im not sure if those specific Borla's would be good for my engine, or maybe I have to get something to accommodate the V8, Im basically relying on the shop or advice from you guys, so anything to look out for, please let me know =)
Im looking for something better than stock, deep tone, louder exhaust (not too loud). I dont like that raspy / whiny aka. rice rocket exhausts out there.
I guess we'll find out sooner or later lol .

I just installed my M5 bumper - looks sweet. The diffuser section seems to be pretty flimsy. You mentioned that you needed a center guide and reinforcement piece. Were those pieces to address this issue? Also, where did you get those pieces? I ordered my bumper from Tony.
