My Piano Black Interior Trims

I always liked the piano black trims, but I was worried about too much black since I had an all-black interior. Now that I have installed a Silverstone (Silverstone = very light gray, somehow whitish) fully leather center armrest and door armrests too, also Black upper with Silverstone lower section fully leather dashboard with HUD (all OEM M5 parts) I decided to paint them in piano black color. I used code# 688 - 2layer BMW pure black water based color, BUT... when finished the color layer and was ready to clear-coat them, I poured over them some "stardust" to make it somehow individual. That way I won't have problem with the real dust that the black color shows so clearly. Real dust now will make the effect more realistic
Here are some pics from the process and the result.
More pics from the final result with trims installed will follow, I just have to let them completely dry for 1-2 days.

It is funny I just stubled on this post becasue I currently have mine off an I am spraying them Blk Sapphire Metallic. I am glad I got to see a finish product so I am happier about my decission. Looks great Nick!
