My paddle shift kit not working(Help???)

I got all the pieces needed to do the conversion on my 04 530i(wheel,airbag,paddleshift kit). My guy who works at the dealer installed everything, and nothing! We spoke to the maker of the kit who said it should be plug n play. We sent it back to him and he emailed me saying he found and fixed the problem. My guy took it to the dealer and again nothing is working.Is there anyone who can shed some light or anyone local that can help? Still waiting for the manufacturer to get back to me. Thanks!

Did you change the slip ring? Send some photos. What set are you using?

It is really simple installation without any problem.
