My OEM Style 166 wheels get a makeover!

My Ride: ///M5
Inspired by the OEM M3/M6 wheels and the aftermarket finishes on some wheels (HRE, Forgestar, etc.), I decided to do something different with my OEM 166s.
Here is what I had done:
1. Powdercoat the entire wheel Black
2. Machine down the front face
3. Powdercoat the entire wheel Clear Gloss
The outcome was exactly as expected.

The finish (I'm going to get the "newer" BMW center caps this week to complete the look):
On the M5:
My BBS RS-GTs in the reflection.

definitely unique...kind of remind me of the stock M3 wheels (220's)
