You have his plate number. You really should report this to your insurance company so that they can help you file a claim against his insurance company. Reporting the accident to your company is not the same as filing a claim and will not be charged against you. If you do nothing, you are letting this douche-bag off scot-free. If you file a police report, the police will likely get you the info on the owner of the Saturn, so you can contact his insurance company. Even if the driver was not the owner, the owner is still responsible (NYS V&T 488).

btw if its saturday my car is still in the shopi will go to zip car .com and rent a e60 for the meet lmaooo j/k ill figure out a way ride up there even if it means meeting up late [crosses fingers]
