You probably are referring to weight instead of CCY with yr '50 pound', so my last attempt: a very noisy labrador that has been trained to apply counterweight when making sharp turns.

It is 50lb bag of sand in my trunk

My new 50 pound mod-play_sand.gif

I picked up at Home Depot yesterday after driving with it realized that some creaks are gone and car handles a bit better.
Can?t beat that at $2.50

I rember I put a couple pieces of slate in my car once to help with snow traction. It works, but I bet it wears the suspension faster.
